With the groupings feature, you can organize your estimates or invoices however makes the most sense, by grouping line items into various sections that correspond with sections of your job.
For example, if you're doing work on a house in multiple rooms, you might create groupings for:
And then put the line items corresponding to each room into those groupings. That way at a glance the estimate is broken down in a logical way and is easy for your customer to understand.
Beyond groupings, within the power editor you can click in any field to change the value. Change the quantity or price of any line item on the fly, and drag and drop them to re-arrange. Watch this short video to learn how to use the Power Editor:
