There are two types of timesheets in Fieldpulse. General timesheets which allow you to clock in or clock out for the day and job-specific timesheets which allow you to clock in or clock out for a particular job. The difference is that job-specific timesheets are tied to a particular job so you can track how much time was spent on site at that particular job.

General timesheets (clock in for the day)

General timesheets are found on the left side menu under ‘My Timesheets’. If you want to clock in for the day navigate to ‘My Timesheets’ in the left side menu, there you can clock in or clock out for the day. On this page select ‘Clock in’. A window will pop up confirming the clock in and here you can add any notes. Repeat the process to clock back out.

Job timesheets (clock into a particular job)

Job timesheets are found within any job record. To clock in for a job from the web app click on ‘Job actions’ and then select ‘Clock in’. A window will pop up confirming the location, the related job and any notes. Repeat the process to clock back out.
