With our recurring jobs feature, you can create a job once, and then set it to re-occur on a regular basis - at an interval you choose. You can choose to make any new job a recurring job. One way to set up a new job is from the 'jobs page'.

Click on the green plus sign to create a new job

In the 'Create New Job' window, click 'Create a recurring job'. This will pop up a new window.

On the 'Add Recurring Job' window, fill out the basic job information (Customer, Job title) and pick a day for the first occurrence of the job.

Then, click on the 'Frequency' dropdown to select the interval at which this job recurs.

Then set the end date - the last date you'll perform this work on.

Then set the time for the weekly visit. You can always change this for future occurrences of the job.

Finally, select team members for the job (which can be changed for future occurrences) and click 'Submit'.

You'll be taken to the job record for your recurring job. You'll see the basic job information as well as two pages: 'Occurrences' and 'Calendar'.

On the 'Occurrences' page you can see each occurrence of the job as they are scheduled.

On the 'Calendar' page you can see each occurrence in a calendar view.

That's it! You just scheduled a recurring job! For help with recurring jobs, reach out to support@fieldpulse.com
