# Sales Suite Overview

The Sales Suite is the set of FieldPulse tools that turn a job into a priced, branded, ready-to-sign document at the customer's door — flat-rate pricebooks, dimensional pricing, and dynamic proposals. Instead of a tech calling the office for a price or writing a number on a paper estimate, the Sales Suite puts consistent pricing and good-better-best options on the same screen they already work from.

## Overview

The workflow breakdown the Sales Suite solves is the gap between the tech at the job and the price the customer needs to say yes. When pricing lives in the office — in a binder, a spreadsheet, or one person's head — the tech either guesses, undersells, or drives back to quote later. Every one of those is a slower close and a thinner margin.

The Sales Suite closes that gap with four tools that build on your [estimates and invoices](https://www.fieldpulse.com/features/estimates-and-invoices):

* **Pricebook** — flat-rate pricing your team selects from a menu, with good-better-best options, on-site signatures, and payments. See [Setting Up Your Pricebook](/add-ons/sales-suite/pricebook).

* **Dimensional Pricebook** — size-based pricing for trades where cost depends on measurements: glass, fencing, flooring, drywall, and insulation. See [Setting Up Dimensional Pricebook](/add-ons/sales-suite/dimensional-pricebook).

* **Dynamic Proposals** — branded proposals with cover pages, an About Us section, photos, reviews, and side-by-side pricing options. See [Dynamic Proposals Overview](/add-ons/sales-suite/dynamic-proposals).

* **Importing a Pricebook** — bring a pricebook you already keep in Excel, Google Sheets, or CSV straight into FieldPulse. See [How to Import a Pricebook](/add-ons/sales-suite/importing-pricebook).

## How it works

Each Sales Suite tool feeds the estimate or invoice you were already going to build.

1. **Build your pricing once.** An admin sets up one or more pricebooks — flat-rate jobs, categories, add-on lists, and markups — so every quote uses the same numbers. See [Setting Up Your Pricebook](/add-ons/sales-suite/pricebook).

2. **Add size-based pricing where it matters.** For trades priced by the square foot or linear inch, turn on the Dimensional Pricebook so the app does the math from the measurements your tech enters. See [Setting Up Dimensional Pricebook](/add-ons/sales-suite/dimensional-pricebook).

3. **Quote from the field.** Your tech opens a pricebook on the [estimate](/estimates-invoices/creating/estimate) or [invoice](/estimates-invoices/creating/invoice) they're building, picks the flat-rate job, and the pricing and line items fill in.

4. **Present it as a proposal.** For bigger jobs, present the quote as a Dynamic Proposal with tiered options the customer can choose from, then capture a signature and [payment](https://www.fieldpulse.com/features/fieldpulse-payments) on the spot. ## Availability

The Sales Suite tools are enabled per account. Turn on Dynamic Proposals from **Company Settings > Features & Plugins** in the web app. For the Pricebook and Dimensional Pricebook, [contact the FieldPulse team](https://www.fieldpulse.com/company/contact-us) at [support@fieldpulse.com](mailto:support@fieldpulse.com) or use the chat in the bottom-right corner of your screen to have them enabled.
