You can import your invoice items into SimplySend for use in estimates and invoices. Download our import template, fill out the template with your invoice item data, and re-upload it into SimplySend The items will automatically be added into your Invoice Item Repository.
Begin by clicking on 'Administration' in the menu on the left hand side, then click 'Estimates & Invoices'. On that page click on 'Invoice Items' in the sub-header. On the Invoice Items page, click 'Mass Import'.
On the invoice items mass import page, click on 'Download' to download the spreadsheet template to insert your invoice items into.
Open the file once it's downloaded to your computer by clicking on it.
The file will open in Excel. Note only Excel can be used for this step or the formatting will not apply correctly.
Follow the instructions on the sheet and enter your invoice items. When your'e done, click 'Save'.
Then go back to the invoice items mass upload page and click 'Upload' to load the items from your sheet into FieldPulse.
Select the saved spreadsheet and click 'Open'. This will automatically begin the process of importing your invoice items into FieldPulse.
The items from your spreadsheet will then show up in your Invoice Item Repository.
