When you have a customer that you visit on a regular basis, you'll want to be able to easily schedule those jobs every time, without having to start from scratch. You can do that using FieldPulse's 'Create Next Occurrence' feature. This feature allows you to easily repeat a job that you'll be doing again for a customer.

To create the next occurrence for a job you've already created, navigate to the job record and click the three 'Actions' button at the top right:

In the dropdown, click 'Create Next Occurrence'.

In the window that pops up, you can select the timing for the next occurrence, choosing from 6 preset dates or choosing a custom date and time for the next occurrence:

When the date for the next occurrence is set, click Submit:

That will create a new job for the specified date, with the same details as the previous job. You can repeat this process for each reoccurrence of the job.

Congratulations! You just scheduled the next occurrence of a job. If you need any help please email us at support@fieldpulse.com or live chat with us using the blue button in the bottom right corner.
