Transfer Assets Between Customers

You can now transfer a customer asset to a new customer without losing any of its history. Past jobs, projects, and maintenance agreements stay intact and linked to the original owner, so your records stay clean no matter how many times an asset changes hands.

A new Transfer Ownership action is available directly from the Asset Record, and a dedicated Ownership History section logs the previous customer, new customer, transfer date, user, reason, and any notes. If the asset is currently linked to active recurring jobs, recurring billing, or ongoing maintenance agreements, FieldPulse will automatically warn you before the transfer goes through.

QuickBooks Online Timesheets Sync

Timesheet data now syncs directly to QuickBooks Online, eliminating most of the manual data entry required to run payroll out of QuickBooks. QuickBooks classes are also included as part of the sync. You can configure the sync behavior in Company Settings.

To get set up:

  • Existing customers: Reach out to FieldPulse support.

  • New customers: Enable timesheets as part of the QuickBooks integration setup.
