When your company sets you up with a FieldPulse account, you will get an email notifying you that an account has been created for you. You will click the link in that email to get set up and choose a password. If your company sets a password for you, you’ll be able to login to FieldPulse directly. Either way you’ll need to know how to access FieldPulse. There are 3 apps where you can use FieldPulse:

Web App: Access at webapp.fieldpulse.com in your web browser. You can login and use the app from any computer. 

iPhone App: Download from the App store by searching FieldPulse or following the link  in your setup email.

Android App: Download from the Play store by searching FieldPulse or following the link  in your setup email.

Once you have logged into the app, you’ll be able to see your assigned work under ‘My Schedule’. Click on any job to open it and see the details like location, work to be performed and customer contact. You’ll learn about everything you can do on a job in Part 2 of this guide.

You can even navigate directly to a job from the mobile app by clicking on the job, first clicking the job address, then clicking 'Navigate'.

This will open your phone's navigation app and you can use it to navigate to the site. 

You can also get notifications of new jobs by push notification (similar to a text) or email. You can set up your notifications by clicking on the three lines at the top left in the app, then select ‘Settings’. Then you can choose ‘Push notifications’ or ‘Email notifications’ to adjust your notification settings. 

When you receive a push notification, click on the notification to open the FieldPulse app, then go to ‘My Schedule’ to find the job.
