After major updates to the FieldPulse application it may become necessary to remove data and cache information from your Apple or Android device in order to login and use the FieldPulse application. To simplify this process we have included step-by-step guides that explain how to do so below:

Apple (iOS) Devices

Step 1: Open the Settings app (tap the icon that resembles two silver gears to open the Settings menu)


Step 2: Tap General. It's next to a grey icon with a single gear.


Step 3: Tap iPhone Storage or iPad Storage (this will take a minute to load)


Step 4: Tap the Search Icon in the upper right


Step 5: Type 'FieldPulse' then select the FieldPulse app


Step 6: Press Delete App button. This will delete FieldPulse and all associated data from your device.


Step 7: Press Delete App Again


Step 8: Reinstall FieldPulse

Android Devices

Step 1: Open the Settings app. Tap the icon that resembles two silver gears to open the Settings menu.


Step 2: Tap Apps


Step 3: Tap FieldPulse


Step 4: Tap Storage


Step 5: Tap Clear Cache


Step 6: Tap Clear Data


Step 7: Confirm Clear Data


Step 8: Delete and Reinstall FieldPulse
