In our experience, most businesses choose one of the following:

Option A:

  1. Schedule Job.

  2. Create an Estimate.

  3. After Customer Accepts Estimate, Convert to Invoice.

  4. Collect Payment.

Option B:

  1. Create and Send Estimate.

  2. Estimate is Accepted, Create Work Order (Job)

  3. After Work is Completed Convert Estimate to Invoice.

  4. Collect Payment
