How to contact our Customer Success Team

Live Chat (with a REAL person)

You can start a live chat with our Success Team by clicking the blue chat icon in the bottom right corner of your FieldPulse web application or from the FieldPulse website.

Once you click the blue icon, you can select 'Chat With Us.'

From there, you can select 'Send us a message' to begin a live chat.

This will connect you with a real person who can answer any questions you might have. You can even see the person you are chatting with in the chat box.

Pro tip: If you have chatted with us before, you can also see your past chat history by clicking 'see all your conversations.'

This is great if you need to hop off the chat for a bit then pick up where you left off when you are ready.
