As businesses grow, financing options become increasingly necessary and attractive to customers. On average, 75% of homeowners check to see if service businesses offer financing, and for many customers, it may be their deciding factor.

That’s why we partnered with Wisetack, a consumer financing provider that allows your home service business to offer residential customers the option to pay over time. When you offer financing, you can expect to generate more revenue and attract new customers. Financing options range from $500-$25,000 with a quick and simple application and approval process. With Wisetack, your customers will have a quick and painless way to finance emergency repairs when funds are tight, or secure financing for large, expensive projects. They can break up the cost of a job into easy monthly payments, while your business gets paid in full as soon as the job is done.

Wisetack is integrated directly with FieldPulse, so customers can apply for financing in seconds without your business having to handle any sensitive information.


Enabling Wisetack

Under Company Settings> Features & Plugins> FieldPulse Preferred Partners select Enable. You will then be directed to complete your Wisetack application.

Once approved, you're ready to include financing options in your estimates and invoices!


Customer Experience

When your customer selects See Loan Options on an estimate or invoice, it will prompt them to provide their contact details and then select a payment plan.

In the example below, the client applied for a $8,000 purchase. With one application, they get up to 6 different payment options: 3, 6, 12, 24, 36 and 60 months.

Once your client has selected a plan, they will have the option to automate payments by linking their bank account via Plaid, a secure 3rd party platform. Then, they will be provided with a financing summary where they’ll accept the terms and ‘sign’ by entering the last four digits of their SSN.

The last step is to confirm once they receive the service or product in full. Once they click Job is Done - Release Payment, Wisetack will pay you in full and your client will begin paying over time.

If the job is not complete, the client can return to the application at a later date to confirm and release funds. Wisetack will send both you and your client a reminder via email. When the funds are on their way to you, Wisetack will also contact the client on how to pay off their Wisetack purchase in monthly installments. They’ll receive email instructions on where to make payments and how to set up auto-pay.

All financing is subject to credit approval. Your terms may vary. Payment options

through Wisetack are provided by our lending partners. For example, a $1,200

purchase could cost $104.89 a month for 12 months, based on an 8.9% APR, or

$400 a month for 3 months, based on a 0% APR. Offers range from 0-35.9%

APR based on creditworthiness. No other financing charges or participation fees.

What purchases are eligible?

Invoices ranging between $500 - $25,000 for residential customers are eligible for Wisetack.

What are the costs for my business?

There’s no implementation cost or subscription fee. You simply pay a 3.9% per transaction fee when a customer completes financing with Wisetack.

How long does it take for me to get paid?

Once the customer confirms that the job has been completed, the funds will be sent to you the next business day via ACH (bank) transfer. The funds are deposited directly into your bank account so that there are no extra costs. Depending on your bank, it can take up to two additional business days to receive funds.
