Sign Up Process

  1. Under Company Settings> Features & Plugins> FieldPulse Preferred Partners select 'Enable.' After selecting enable, you'll be directed to click 'here.'

2. You'll then receive an email to start your online application.

After being approved you're ready to include financing options in your estimates and invoices!


How does this work for your client?

When you send the estimate or invoice and select 'See Loan Options' it will prompt them to provide their contact details and then select a payment plan.

In the example below, the client applied for a $8,000 loan. With one application, they get 6 different options: 3, 6, 12, 24, 36 and 60 months.

Once your client has selected a plan, they will have the option to automate payments by linking their bank account via Plaid, a secure 3rd party platform. Then, they will be provided with a loan summary where they’ll accept the terms and ‘sign’ by entering the last four digits of their SSN.

Then, the last step is to confirm once they receive the service or product in full. And at that point, once they click ‘Job is done - release payment,’ that’s what tells Wisetack to send you the money, and that’s what starts the clock for the client on repaying the loan.

If the job is not complete, then the client can return to the application at a later date to confirm and release funds. Wisetack will send both you and your client a reminder via email.When the funds are on their way to you, Wisetack will also contact the client on how to pay off their Wisetack loan in monthly installments.
