Drop Down on schedule- New Job, Task, Reoccurring Job
You will notice on the schedule page that you now have a drop-down create a new option, allowing you to create a new job, task or reoccurring job from the main schedule page.
PDF Form Filler- Send to Your Customer To Be Filled Out
You can now send your PDFs through to your customers to have them fill out the required information. To do so, navigate to your job record> Files> import from file library> select form> a pop will appear giving you the option to send to email or fill out in webapp.
[AUS] Supplier Invoice- Sort by Order Date
You can now sort your supplier invoices via Order date.
[AUS] Supplier Invoice Can Now be Archived
You can now delete supplier invoices that you don't wish to have displayed in the system. Perhaps a general stock replenishment Reece order was made, but you don't wish for the supplier invoice to be filed in FieldPulse. Navigate to the invoice, select 'Actions' and Archive Order.
New Customer Status: Inactive
When creating a new customer or editing an existing customer you now have an additional status option: Inactive. This can be used for past clients.
Printing Work Order/ Job- Field Notes now visible
Upon printing your work order, you will now notice the field notes will be visible. This can be helpful if your customer requires such job information.
Maintenance Agreements- Editable and can now be Cancelled
You can now edit an existing agreement and even cancel your maintenance agreements, this can be helpful once an agreement term is expired or the client decides to cancel their agreement. To do so navigate to your maintenance agreement record> edit> update status to cancelled.
Forms can Now be Pinned to Job Record
You can now pin your forms to the main page of your job records along with Subtasks, Quotes, Invoices, Orders, Assets, Timesheets and Files.
FieldPulse Payments- Add Payment Request as a Default (Preview Settings)
You can now set the display payment button as a default for all invoices inset of toggling on request payment each time. To set this up, navigate to your Company Settings> Quotes/ Proposals and Invoices> Preview Settings (Scroll down)> Toggle on> Save.
Purchase Orders - No longer Require a Customer Name
You now no longer need to fill in the customer field of your purchase orders, allowing you to make general material orders for stock replenishments that have no association with a particular customer.
Attach Reoccurring Billing to Reoccurring Jobs
You can now build your reoccurring jobs and set up your reoccurring billing via the 'Actions' Button. Providing you with both schedule and billing automation!
New Dashboard Action Buttons
You now have quick n easy access to popular actions via your dashboard, streamlining your workflow and providing a centralised spot to create all new records.

[AUS] Supplier Invoices- Ability to Edit Supplier Invoice if the customer is Null
You now have the functionality to edit a supplier invoice if you did not fill in the customer field. Ensuring a customer is linked to a supplier invoice provides better tracking of expenses.
[AUS] Supplier Invoices- Create a quote/ invoice from Supplier Invoice Despite it pre-linking to a Job.
You now have the functionality to create a quote or invoice from a supplier invoice that is linked to an existing job. Providing a quick and easy workflow for users who build invoices around purchase orders.
QuickBook Update- Paid & Partially Paid Invoices can now have new line items added (which will sync)
You can now add required materials and/or labour to your invoices after an initial or full payment has been applied. A great option for when you sell a customer an add-on!!
User Accounts- Customized User Colours
You can now assign a custom colour to your team members, Providing personbordern to a users icon colour/ boarder when navigating through FieldPulse.
Booking Portal- Your Customers can Attach files now
You can ensure you and your team are prepared for the job ahead while your customers given the option to upload any relevant files (Pictures, documents and even videos) upon submitting a booking portal request.
Booking Portal- Timeslot Scheduling Only Option
You can now set your booking portal to timeslot scheduling only.
Booking Portal- Ability to Deny/Delete
To better manage your booking requests, you now can delete/deny bookings from your booking portal (Company settings> booking portal> requests> X) , if the customer scheduled in a time for their booking; upon deletion of the request the booking slot will re-open for other customers to book and the job will be removed from your schedule.

New 'On My Way' Status
With our new 'On My Way' status, your techs can let your customers know they are en route with a single click! This will also track the duration of travel time spent as well. Travel time does not include time to the job duration.
To make it even easier for your team, set up automated 'on my way' SMS/email communication triggers!
New Scheduled 'Tasks'
You asked and we delivered! With our new job 'tasks' your business can now customize specific non-billable tasks that you can see on the schedule. Tasks can be set up and color coded based on your preference. Some examples include:
Internal Team Meeting
This is great if your business likes to include activities outside of a traditional 'job' or 'work order.' The sky's the limit with tasks!
New Cost Tab on Job and Project Record
Under the 'Cost' tab on the job and project record, we now have 'Accepted Estimates, Purchase Orders, Timesheets' as well 'Total Amount Invoiced, Total Amount Paid, and Total Amount Due.'
New Lead Source Reporting Feature
You can now run a report based on the customer 'Lead Source.' This allows you to see the total net profit each lead source is bringing your company. The report allows you to see the total number of leads as well as the average invoice total. You'll find this under Reporting>Invoices>Profit By Lead Source.'
Estimate and Invoice Enhancements
You can now insert timesheets into estimates or invoices! When creating a new estimate or invoice, you can now insert the service techs hours in the estimate or invoice. When creating the estimate/invoice, you'll select the 'Quantity' selector and click on the option 'Total Timesheets Clocked' there is another option dropdown called 'Unit Cost and Unit Price from Team Members.'

New Webapp Features
We've embedded helpful videos you can view directly from our webapp! Curious if one our features might benefit your business but not sure how it works? You can now click 'Watch helpful video' directly under the feature.
You can view these videos under Company Settings>Features & Plugins.
When clicking 'Create New' for Estimate, Invoice, Variant Proposals you will see the action icon at the top right of your screen.
2. You can now 'Create a Job' off of an estimate or invoice even if there is already an existing job on the estimate or invoice. This will allow for you to override old jobs or jobs that are not needed.

Out with the old, in with the NEW AND IMPROVED! 👀 We've consolidated and redesigned our job & invoice record on the webapp.
2. Duplicate Customer Checker
When adding a new customer to FieldPulse we now have a 'Duplicate Customer Checker' to eliminate adding any customers that are already in FieldPulse. 3. Estimate and Invoice Slide Bar View
We've made creating an estimate or invoice even easier with the ability to add items from a slide sidebar view. Check out the video below!
4. Timesheet Enhancements
⏰ THIS IS HUGE! We've taken your feedback and we've finally released the ability to track user's general time for payroll purposes and then also track a user's time for specific jobs in a different timesheet.
This is specifically for clocking in and out for the day. This is if you are paying employees for their normal payroll (think 9-5 job).

2. Automatic Tax Rates
With the new Automatic Tax Rate (once enabled), when creating an estimate or invoice the system will automatically fill in the tax rate on your estimate or invoice using your customer's billing address zip code. To enable this feature, go to Company Settings>Features and Plugins> Automatic Tax Rate> Enable.
3. HazordCo Mobile App Integration (FieldPulse Australia)

3. Asset Management Enhancements

1. Pricebook Enhancements
You can now include an 'Option List' on your flatrate job. After selecting a flat rate job you can then have it take your customer to an option list page where they can show upsells or options.
You can now do manual or automatic markups on a per line item basis. Instead of being on the entire flat rate job, you can now have different markups or manual markups on each line item independently.
You now have the option to enable or disable Pricebook on an individual user basis.

2. Invoicing Enhancement
You now have the ability to send invoices not only by email but by text as well!
We now have automatic communication triggers for overdue invoices! The days of not getting paid are over. To set up the automatic email or SMS go to Company Settings>Features and Plugins (make sure Customer Communication is enabled)>Customer Communications> Automatic Triggers.
3. Customer Enhancement
We've added 'Lead Source' to the Customer record! When creating a new customer, we have a section where you can capture how they founds you. You have the ability to run reports on these sources as well.
