Filter by Custom Fields in Reporting

You can now filter by custom fields in FieldPulse's Raw Data Beta Reporting tool. Some common uses for filtering by custom field include:

  • Creating widgets filtered by region

  • Widgets filtered by sales rep (different than Assignee)

  • Customer custom fields such as Overdue, Membership Tier A, etc.

  • Warranty claim types

Enhanced Status Details on Job Reports

Raw data beta job reports now display when job workflow statuses are selected, changed, and the duration spent in each with new fields: Start Timestamp, End Timestamp, and Total Status Time for each status. Users can also filter Start Timestamp to display only jobs that entered a status in a specific date range.


Project Templates

Create project templates in the web app to save time and ensure consistency! Build new sub-records or attach previously created templates for records such as subtasks, estimates, and invoices. (Note: This feature is currently available on web app only.)


Engage Caller ID

Caller ID allows your company to set a phone number or name to appear on your outgoing calls. This way, your customers can see who's calling before they answer. In the Engage webapp, you can create and save your caller ID(s). Please note, the caller ID you choose must be approved and can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks. Create Projects from Job Records

Start a project from a job record to keep everything connected. This update is perfect for when a small job, evaluation, or estimate visit turns into a larger project! Select Actions > Create Project on a job record to get started. (Note: This feature is currently available on web app only.)

Enhanced Pricebook Experience

Enjoy the newly redesigned Pricebook experience, now with an improved layout and more intuitive functionality. Plus, utilize the search bar to quickly find flat rate jobs.
