# Marking All Notifications as Read

> Clear every unread call, conversation, and voicemail for all users at once with this admin-only page action.

Take control of your notifications! This **admin-only feature** will be available on the *Conversations*, *Voicemails*, and *Calls* pages within [Engage](/features-add-ons/engage-phone-system/engage-overview). When activated, it will mark **all records** on the selected page as read for **all users**.

This feature is particularly useful for managing high volumes of messages or calls, allowing admins to **quickly clear notifications** and ensure that team members can **focus on the most relevant communications**. Don't worry - a confirmation popup will appear before the action is finalized, ensuring that admins can proceed with confidence.
