# Winsupply Costbook Integration
> Price HVAC systems and items from a Winsupply digital costbook that updates automatically across web and mobile.
Take advantage of our digital costbook that provides Winsupply customers with an interactive digital interface to get HVAC system and item pricing information on web app and mobile. Plus, we'll update your costbook automatically, ensuring your pricing is always up to date. *(**Note:** This costbook is currently only available to customers of Winsupply in Austin, TX. Contact our partnerships team at [kyle@fieldpulse.com](mailto:kyle@fieldpulse.com) to express interest in a costbook for your Winsupply branch!)*

# Enabling the Costbook
To get started, reach out to us via [support@fieldpulse.com](mailto:support@fieldpulse.com) or use the chat in bottom right corner of your screen. Let us know you'd like to enable the Winsupply Costbook, and provide your company name.
***Note:*** *You can also use the Winsupply Costbook as a Pricebook in order to build additional flat-rate jobs and add pictures to Winsupply flat-rate jobs. Be sure to let us know how you plan to use this when you reach out to our team.*

# Using the Costbook
To view your Costbook, click on the *Costbook* tab from the left side menu.
You can now open your Winsupply Costbook.
To filter your results, select the *Filters* button and select from filters such as:
* *Tonnage*
* *Fuel Source*
* *Orientation*
* *Seer*
* *Compressor*
Once you've narrowed your results, click on an option's total price to add it to an Estimate, Invoice, Purchase Order, or Dynamic Proposal.
