# FieldPulse360: Maintenance Agreements Revamp

## Join us as we discuss

* **What's changing:** A new guided flow to build recurring service for a customer, with the schedule or visit allowance, billing, and reminders all in one place.

* **How agreements are built:** The four levels of an agreement: the Maintenance Agreement, its Routines, each Occurrence, and the Linked Job.

* **Scheduled and On-Demand routines:** Calendar-based visits with automatic or manual job creation, or a bank of included visits that customers draw from.

* **Tracking visits:** Occurrence and visit statuses, so your team can see what still needs a job, what's scheduled, and what's done.

* **Automatic agreement creation:** Generating an agreement from a sold estimate or invoice line item, based on the trigger you choose.

* **Reminders and contracts:** Occurrence reminders, renewal reminders, and contracts your customers accept with an e-signature.
