# FieldPulse360: Purchase Orders & Supplier Chat

## **Join us as we discuss:**

* **The problem:** supplier texts and emails scattered across phones, no paper trail on quotes or stock, and no visibility into what's ordered, pending, or paid for.

* **Purchase Orders:** generate a PO, attach it to a Job, Project, Estimate, or Invoice (or keep it standalone), and track it through delivery. Syncs with QuickBooks Online and Desktop.

* **Supplier Chat:** a centralized, searchable chat with suppliers right inside FieldPulse, so your whole team sees the conversation.

* **Supplier integrations:** live pricing and availability from Reece (US), Reece maX (ANZ), The Granite Group, and City Electric Supply.

* **Live demo:** creating a PO from scratch and sending it by email or through Supplier Chat.

* **Best practices:** keep conversations in Supplier Chat, attach POs to the right record, use custom fields, and set permissions intentionally.
