When a customer has an upcoming maintenance visit, FieldPulse can send them an automatic reminder so nothing catches them off guard. This article covers what that reminder email looks like from the customer's perspective.

# Maintenance Agreement Reminders

When a customer has a Maintenance Agreement, FieldPulse can automatically send them a service reminder email ahead of their upcoming visit. You write the message once, set the timing, and FieldPulse handles the rest.

**What's configurable:** Reminder email body text, email subject, reminder timing (how far in advance to send), and which internal team members also receive a copy.
