# Cancellation Policy

## **To Cancel Your FieldPulse Subscription or Contract:**

The cancellation process depends on your subscription or contract terms. Please review the applicable details below:

## **Subscription Requirements**

**Monthly Subscription:**

* You may cancel your monthly subscription by sending an email to **[cancellations@fieldpulse.com](mailto:cancellations@fieldpulse.com)** at least **5 days prior to the end of your monthly billing period**.

* Please include the following information in your email:

  * Your contact name

  * The billing email on file

  * Your phone number

**Note:** This applies only to customers on a **subscription** plan. It excludes contracts paid monthly. We want to clarify that all customers who signed up **after November 2023 are on an annual contract**. Please note that we have **not** offered subscription-based models since that time.

**Semi-Annual Subscription:**

* You may cancel your semi-annual subscription by sending an email to **[cancellations@fieldpulse.com](mailto:cancellations@fieldpulse.com)** at least **30 days prior to the end of your semi-annual billing period**.

* Please include the following information in your email:

  * Your contact name

  * The billing email on file

  * Your phone number

**Note:** This applies only to customers on a **subscription** plan. It excludes contracts paid semi-annually.

**Annual Subscription:**

* You may cancel your annual subscription by sending an email to **[cancellations@fieldpulse.com](mailto:cancellations@fieldpulse.com)** at least **30 days prior to the end of your annual billing period**.

* Please include the following information in your email:

  * Your contact name

  * The billing email on file

  * Your phone number

**Note:** This applies only to customers on a **subscription** plan. It excludes contracts paid annually.

## **Contract Requirements**

**Annual or Multi-Year Contracts:**

* If you are on a **one-year or multi-year contract**, please note:

  * Cancellation requires a **60-day notice** before the end of your annual billing period.

  * You are required to fulfill the **entire contract obligation**, meaning cancellation cannot terminate the contract mid-term.

  * Once the contract obligation is fulfilled, you can cancel by sending an email to **[cancellations@fieldpulse.com](mailto:cancellations@fieldpulse.com)**.

* Please include the following information in your email:

  * Your contact name

  * The billing email on file

  * Your phone number

## **General Policy:**

* If you cancel your subscription or contract, you will retain your membership benefits until the expiration of the current billing period for which you have already paid. Membership benefits will terminate at the end of the billing period.
