This integration eliminates the hassle of switching between apps, saving you time and keeping your projects organized.
What Does the Integration Do?
With the FieldPulse + CompanyCam integration, you can:
Automatically Sync Photos and Videos: Photos and videos taken in CompanyCam will automatically appear in the corresponding customer record in FieldPulse, linked by CompanyCam Project address.
Seamless File Access: Access CompanyCam files directly from FieldPulse records, including jobs, projects, estimates, and invoices.
Quick Photo Capture: Use the “Take Photo in CompanyCam” button in FieldPulse to capture images that sync back to your records instantly.
Centralized Customer Data: Sync customer contact information between FieldPulse and CompanyCam to ensure consistency.
Easy File Sharing: Attach CompanyCam photos to estimates and invoices to share with customers in one streamlined email.
How to Get Started
1. Enable the Integration
Go to Company Settings > Features & Plugins in FieldPulse.
Locate CompanyCam Integration and click Enable.
Log in to your CompanyCam account to authenticate.
2. Sync Customer Data
After connecting, enable the option to sync customer contact information.
FieldPulse will create a new Project in CompanyCam for new customer addresses, or link to an existing Project if the address matches.
3. Configure and Use the Integration
Use the “Take Photo in CompanyCam” button on mobile to capture images for specific jobs, estimates, or invoices.
Access synced files under the Files tab in FieldPulse records, complete with thumbnails, timestamps, and links to the original files in CompanyCam.
Include CompanyCam files in estimates and invoices by selecting them from the Visible Files dropdown when sending documents to customers.
