Automatic Deposit Invoices

With this update, when you collect a deposit on an Estimate record, it will now be treated as a liability in QuickBooks Online (QBO) or QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) until the project is completed and the final payment is received. This change aligns with accrual accounting principles, ensuring that deposits do not impact your revenue until the service is fully delivered. This improvement provides greater accuracy in your financial reporting and better reflects your business's cash flow.

Say Goodbye to Xero's Contact Limit (ANZ Only)
FieldPulse has removed the limit on the number of contacts you can add to a customer record, allowing you to manage unlimited contacts. This is a significant advantage, especially for those working with real estate or construction companies, where managing multiple locations and contacts under one customer is essential. Please note that only the first five contacts will sync to Xero due to limitations imposed by Xero (see image below).
Customizing PDF Page Layout for Custom Forms

You can now choose to display each form page on its own separate PDF page with page breaks, instead of having all pages flow continuously.
To enable this feature:
Navigate to Company Settings.
Go to the Custom Forms tab.
Select the Settings tab.
Toggle the option ON/OFF.
