Send Purchase Orders Via Supplier Chat
In the web app, you can now send purchase orders created in FieldPulse directly to your suppliers via Supplier Chat! After creating a PO, simply click the Send via Supplier Chat button. The PO will be automatically attached, and you can choose to send it by:
Attaching it to an existing chat.
Searching for a new supplier and starting a chat.

Commission Revamp: Fresh Look, Clearer Insights!
Our Commission Revamp is now live! This update brings a fresh look and feel to the Cost Basis β Commission section on your Estimate and Invoice records, making it easier for you to navigate and manage your commissions.
What's new:
Clear Commission Breakdowns by Recipient | Easily see who received the commission, how much they received, and the reason behind it. |
Create Commission Templates | Create predefined Commission Templates to save time and minimize errors. To learn more, click here. |
Option to Manually Add Commission | Manually adding commissions allows for flexibility in special cases where you might need to adjust for individual circumstances, unique agreements, or additional commissions. This is the best way to manually "split commission" between multiple team members. |

Sending Customer Communications Via Engage
If Engage is enabled and the toggle to Send Customer Communication via Engage Account is on, SMS and email automatic triggers will send via one of the following options of your choosing:
Engage Smart SMS Delegation
Our system will auto-select the most relevant phone line based on who's sending the message.
If the sender is assigned to an Engage line, their assigned line will be used
If the sender is not assigned to an Engage line, the company owner's assigned line will be used
If the sender and owner do not have assigned line, a random available Engage line will be used
Custom Phone Line
Choose one specific phone line for all SMS messages to always be sent from that line.

Default Your Estimate & Invoice Template Updates
A new feature has been added to individual Estimate and Invoice Templates, allowing you to keep line items automatically updated with changes made in your Item List/Repository.
In Company Settings > Estimates & Invoices > Advanced, you can set defaults for new templates, including whether to enable this feature and which item fields to update, such as Unit Cost, Unit Price, and SKU number.
Please note that existing templates will remain unaffected by these updates.
