This guide will give you an overview of the Admin and Team Manager view on the FieldPulse 2.0 mobile app.
First, you will see your dashboard. At the top you will see a bar where you can quickly create a customer, job, estimate or invoice.
Underneath the bar is Today’s Jobs, which will show not only the jobs assigned to you, but for your team as well. Underneath Today’s Jobs is Recent Customers, where you can see your recent customer list and have the option to view more or create a new customer from that widget as well.
In the top right corner you will see either a photo that you can set of yourself for your profile or your initials. If you tap on that you will see a dropdown.
This drop down will give you the option to go to your profile, back to the dashboard, your notes, quick access to either the self-help center or the option to email our customer success team, or to sign out of the app.
Lastly on the dashboard, at the bottom of the screen you will see where you can access schedule, work, customers, sales, timesheets, and full menu. Schedule will be your and your team’s schedules. Work encompasses projects, jobs, and subtasks. Customers is your list of customers. Sales includes estimates, invoices, payments, purchase orders, variant proposals, dynamic proposals, pricebooks and item repository. Timesheets are both your and your team's timesheets.
Under the full menu you will also be able to navigate to anywhere in the app that you’d like to go.
When you go to the schedule tab you will immediately see all of the jobs scheduled for the day under the Team Schedule. If you would like to only see the jobs you are scheduled to work on for the day, tap the arrow next to Team Schedule to switch to My Schedule.
If you’d like to see a more detailed view of a job on your schedule, tap on the up and down arrow at the top right of the screen to expand the view of the job.
If you’d like to see the schedule of a specific team member, tap on the people icon at the top right of Team Schedule and you can select the team member.
Once on the page displaying all teams and team members, you can either select only for 1 team member’s schedule, or you can check the teams and/or team members you’d like to see.
If you tap on a job from the schedule you will be able to access the full job to see the customer, change the status of the job, navigate to the job location, and add notes.
Under the Work tab, you will also be able to view Jobs, along with Projects and Subtasks.
Under the customer tab you will see All Customers initially, you can filter by status, tags or pipeline at the top of the screen.
If you tap on the arrow at the top of the screen next to All Customers you can switch back and forth between All and My Customers. Also you can create a new customer from the ‘Create New’ button in the bottom right corner.
Under the Sales tab, you'll be able to create estimates, invoices, payments, purchase orders, variant proposals, dynamic proposals (add-on), find your pricebook (add-on) and search your item repository.
Lastly, under the Timesheets tab, you can clock in and out as well as view your teams hours for the day or week.
Notice at the top 'My Timesheets' if selected. You have the option to select 'Day' or 'Week' if you need to view or edit an entry. If you click the arrow to the right of 'My Timesheets' you'll be shown your teams timesheets.
You can view your team's day or weeks entries. You can also select a specific time frame you'd like to review as well.
