Mailchimp is an email marketing platform tailored to a wide range of businesses (from small businesses and online stores to large enterprises). It provides you with the tools you need to create, send, and track engaging email campaigns to your customers and subscribers.
Integrating with Mailchimp
1. Snag an API Key: Log into your Mailchimp (or create an account), then tap on Account Settings, then Extras, and down to API Keys.
2. In Mailchimp, create a new audience for FieldPulse. Click here to learn more.
3. Blend FieldPulse and Mailchimp: Send your API Key to our team at support@fieldpulse.com or use the chat feature in the bottom right corner to start the integration.
Mailchimp Sync
When creating or editing customers in FieldPulse, their details will be updated in Mailchimp. From FieldPulse, the following fields will sync to Mailchimp:
Customer First and Last Name
Email
Address
Phone Number
Tags
(Note: Users on the Mailchimp free plan cannot have more than one audience. If you have another audience besides FieldPulse, you will need to upgrade your MailChimp plan. Click here to learn more.)
