Looking to import an existing customer base? Simply export your customers to Excel or CSV file and use our mass import tool to upload them into FieldPulse.
To begin, navigate to Customers in the left-hand menu, then select Import Customers.
Follow the on-screen prompts to download the Mass Customer Import Excel template.
You will then need to fill in the template, being sure not to alter the structure of the form. Once completed, re-upload the template into FieldPulse using the Upload button.
