Can I answer calls from Engage using a bluetooth headset?

Yes, depending on your headset, you can answer incoming calls directly. If this doesn't work initially, you may need to answer via the web or mobile app. Once you've answered, you can easily communicate with your customers using your Bluetooth headset through Engage.

If you're experiencing issues with your Engage calls connecting to your headset or headphones, please ensure your headphones are only connected via Bluetooth to the device you are using for Engage. If your headset is connected to multiple devices simultaneously (like your phone and computer), it can lead to patchy or unstable audio as the devices compete for the connection. Disconnect any extra devices to ensure a stable and uninterrupted call experience.
