Take control of your notifications! This admin-only feature will be available on the Conversations, Voicemails, and Calls pages within Engage. When activated, it will mark all records on the selected page as read for all users.
This feature is particularly useful for managing high volumes of messages or calls, allowing admins to quickly clear notifications and ensure that team members can focus on the most relevant communications. Don't worry - a confirmation popup will appear before the action is finalized, ensuring that admins can proceed with confidence.
