In FieldPulse you can set up Invoice Bundles for services and parts that are often grouped together on an estimate or invoice, to save you time.
To set up a new bundle to easily add to your invoices, click on 'Company Settings' in the main menu, and then click 'Estimates and Invoices'. Next click 'Invoice Bundles' in the sub header, or click here to go there directly. On the Invoice Bundles page click 'Create New'.
In the window that pops up, enter a name for the invoice bundle and add the line items that make up your bundle. Then, click 'Save'.
Once you have a bundle set up, when building an invoice or estimate, you can add that bundle by clicking Insert Bundle and then searching for the bundle you want to add. You'll then see the bundled items reflected in the invoice items.
If you choose to add 'Groupings' as well, upon choosing your bundle you can toggle on 'Place Items in Grouping'. This will allow you to create a grouping on the spot and insert all of the items contained in your Invoice Bundle into your grouping. You can then select what visibility the grouping has, add description, and adjust PDF Display Settings. Please note that the 'Groupings' feature is not compatible with QuickBooks Online, so if you use this integration please do not turn on 'Place Items in Grouping'.
