Offline Material Lists & Timesheets
Offline Material Lists
Technicians can view, create, and edit Material Lists while in Offline Mode. Line items can be searched and added, notes and tags can be updated, and any record created or edited offline is labeled "Offline Draft" until it syncs automatically when they return online.

Offline Timesheets
Technicians can clock in and out while in Offline Mode from the Timesheets page or directly from a Job record. Time entries for the current day sync automatically when you return online.

Decide How Images Appear on Your Custom Form PDFs
In web and mobile app, when you generate a PDF from a Custom Form, you'll see a few new checkboxes in the preview. Here's how they work:
Show Images in PDF: Your PDF will have its images placed where the Image field was configured to sit in your Custom Form.
Show Files: Your PDF will have a designated "Files" section where you can select any visible files to display or upload new ones.
Show Files Summary at end of PDF: Your PDF will have a QR code at the bottom that links out to the images.
You can also adjust the image size (Small, Medium, or Large) to fit the form's purpose — handy for keeping inspection checklists tidy or letting before-and-after shots stand out.
