Maintenance Agreement Reminders
When a customer has a Maintenance Agreement, FieldPulse can automatically send them a service reminder email ahead of their upcoming visit. You write the message once, set the timing, and FieldPulse handles the rest.
What's configurable: Reminder email body text, email subject, reminder timing (how far in advance to send), and which internal team members also receive a copy.
