This guide will walk you through how to create a customer in the new FieldPulse 2.0 Mobile App.

There are several areas where you can create a customer from the mobile app.

  1. You can create a new customer from the Pulse Dashboard

  2. You can create a new customer from the 'Customer' tab at the bottom menu.

  3. You can create a new customer by clicking into 'Full Menu' then selecting 'Customers.'

After clicking 'create customer' you'll be directed to begin filling in your customers information.

From here you can begin to fill out the Account Status, Pipeline Status, Account Type, if you'd like to assign this customer to a specific team member, Lead Source and Primary contact information.

Once you are finished entering the information, click 'save' in the top right corner.

You can view all customer details by selecting the 'Customer' tab in the bottom menu.
