Whether you are purchasing a new number through Engage or porting in an existing number from an outside carrier, all numbers for organizations that send SMS messages to U.S. numbers must get their numbers approved through The Campaign Registry (TCR). This is not a FieldPulse requirement but a TCR requirement. This only impacts the ability to send text messages; it has no impact on your ability to make phone calls.

Submit the details when you login to Engage, and FieldPulse will handle the rest! (Note: SMS verification can take 2-6 weeks from the time FieldPulse receives the information.)
