Feature requests should be submitted when you have an idea for how to improve or expand FieldPulse. Technical support cases should be submitted if you encounter a bug when using FieldPulse. A bug is a flaw in the system that causes it to behave in unintended ways. A bug is different from a feature request in that a bug is for the product you have, and a feature request is the product you want.
