How FieldPulse is delivered
FieldPulse is a cloud-based platform you can access two ways:
Web App. A browser-based interface for computers β works in any modern browser; we recommend Google Chrome.
Mobile apps. Native iOS and Android apps available on the App Store and Google Play.
Your account syncs across every device you sign in to. Mixed-device teams are fully supported β iPhone, Android, and Web App users can all share the same workspace.
Web App
For the best performance, we recommend using FieldPulse and Engage on Google Chrome. Although available on Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge, optimal functionality is achieved via Google Chrome.

FAQs
What if I get a new phone or computer?
All FieldPulse data is housed on our secure servers. Simply logging in to FieldPulse on a new device will sync the new device to match your existing records, so you never need to worry about changing devices. Simply download the FieldPulse app on your new mobile device, or log in on your browser from your new computer, and you're up and running!
Can I increase the font/text size?
This is a device-specific setting that you would need to adjust, as it is not a setting on the FieldPulse web or mobile app. These device-specific settings will help you customize the text size across the entire device, affecting most apps and system interfaces moving forward. To change the font/text size on an iOS device, Android device, or Google Chrome browser, follow the instructions below.
For an iOS device (iPad or iPhone):
Open Settings: Tap on the "Settings" app on your home screen.
Display & Brightness: Scroll down and select "Display & Brightness."
Text Size: Tap on "Text Size." Here, you can adjust the slider to make the text larger or smaller according to your preference.
Accessibility Options (for more significant changes):
Go back to the main Settings menu and select "Accessibility."
Tap on "Display & Text Size."
You can choose "Larger Text" for larger accessibility sizes. Enable "Larger Accessibility Sizes" and adjust the slider to find the right size.
For an Android device:
Open Settings: Pull down the notification shade twice and tap the gear icon, or find "Settings" in your app drawer.
Display: Tap on "Display," then look for "Font Size" or "Screen zoom and font" (the terminology may vary depending on your device).
Adjust Font Size: Adjust the slider for font size to make the text larger or smaller as needed.
Accessibility Options (for more extensive changes):
Go back to the main Settings menu and select "Accessibility."
Tap on "Font size" or "Visibility enhancements," depending on your device, where you can make further adjustments.
For a Google Chrome browser:
Open Chrome Settings:
Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the Chrome browser to open the menu.
Select "Settings" from the dropdown list.
Appearance Settings:
Scroll down to the "Appearance" section.
You will find the "Font size" option with a dropdown menu. You can choose from options like Small, Medium (recommended), Large, and Very Large to adjust the font size across all web pages.
Customize Fonts:
Still under "Appearance," you can click on "Customize fonts" for more detailed font settings.
Here, you can adjust the font size and font style for standard fonts, serif fonts, sans-serif fonts, and fixed-width fonts.
Page Zoom:
In the same "Appearance" section, you can also adjust the "Page zoom" setting, which scales the entire content of web pages (including images and other elements) rather than just the text. This can be useful if you find the entire interface of web pages too small.
