You can now import your assets into FieldPulse without the help of our technical support team. Simply download our import spreadsheet, fill in the applicable information, then re-upload it into FieldPulse!
📁 Asset Files Now Cascade to the Customer Record 📁
Files added to an asset will now automatically appear in the linked customer's record, eliminating the need for double uploads.
🔒 Default BCC Email Address 🔒
We've introduced a BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field for all estimates and invoices. This enhancement allows you to discreetly include additional recipients without their addresses appearing in the TO or CC fields. You can set the default email address to either the user sending the email or a designated email address that you will enter manually. By configuring the default email address within Company Settings, you can set it once and forget about it! Note: If you need to make adjustments while on an individual estimate or invoice you still have that capability.

Engage users can now place calls on hold effortlessly through both the web and mobile apps. You can manage multiple calls at a time—in any mix of active and on-hold calls—making it easy to handle multiple conversations without missing important opportunities.

🔍 Custom Font Size on Estimate & Invoice PDFs 🔎
Within Company Settings > Estimates & Invoices > General, you can now scroll down to find an option to select your default font size on all new estimate and invoice PDFs that you send out. Your options for sizes are: 8 pt font, 10 pt font, 12 pt font, 14 pt font, and 16 pt font.
📞 Custom Tags in Engage 📞
You can now create Custom Tags in Engage to better organize your Calls, Conversations, and Voicemails, making it easier than ever to manage customer communication.
Here’s what you can do:
Color-code your tags for quick visual reference
New reporting columns: Call Tags & Voicemail Tags
Example Tags:
Service Request Type: Installation, Repair, Maintenance, Inspection, Emergency
Follow-Up Type: Scheduled Appointment, Callback Request, Quote Follow-Up, Review Requested
Customer Type/Loyalty: Loyal Customer, At-Risk Customer, New Customer
Customer Size: Residential, Small Business, Large Enterprise
Customer Preferences: Preferred Contact Method, Best Contact Times, Preferred Language

Tired of cramming your site visit notes into the general Job Notes section? You're in luck! Each Site Visit you add will now have its own dedicated Notes and Field Notes sections. This allows for better organization, clearer team communication, and less confusion on-site.
I know you're wondering... Yes - Site Visit Notes will be included on Job templates and will also appear in Site Visit reporting.

You can now refund Marked Payments, whether they’re cash, check, or other forms. If you have FieldPulse Payments enabled, you’ll find the process familiar—now with the added flexibility beyond just credit card or ACH transactions.
Ready to give it a try? Simply go to a Marked Payment, open it up, and click the Refund button to get started!
