🔒 BCC Field For Email Types 🔒
We've introduced a BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field for all email types, including general communication, estimates, and invoices. This enhancement allows users to discreetly include additional recipients without their addresses appearing in the TO or CC fields.

You can now generate an asset report from a job record! Once in your job record, click on the green Actions button in the upper right hand corner. Then from the middle column titled Update, select Generate Asset Report.

When generating PDFs for estimates or invoices you can attach files, photos, and videos via a unique URL or a scannable QR code.
Access Options: Selected files will be accessible via:
URL: For digital PDFs
QR Code: For both digital and print versions of PDFs
Scanning the QR code or clicking the URL allows your customers to access all linked photos, files, and videos that you've included in the PDF.
