You can create jobs in FieldPulse that are not assigned to a particular team member or scheduled ahead of time. For example, you may have a job to complete sometime in the next 2 weeks, but the day is flexible and you haven't yet decided which team member to assign it to. You would create an unassigned and unscheduled job and then assign it and schedule it based on your team's availability as the week goes on. 

To create an unassigned and unscheduled job, on the 'Schedule' page, click the plus sign to create a new job. 

On the Create New Job page, enter the customer and job title, then click on the Start Date. In the date window, click on 'Clear Dates' to remove any dates from this job.

You'll see that the dates have been cleared.

Next enter any notes about the job, but do not select team members, then click Save.

In the newly created job record, you'll see that the job is Unscheduled and Unassigned. You can schedule or assign the job at any time by clicking the Edit button at top right on the job record. 

To find all Unassigned jobs, navigate to the 'Jobs' page, and then click 'Unassigned' in the header. This will take you to a page with all the jobs that are either unscheduled or unassigned, or both.

When you're ready to assign and schedule a job, click on the job record and then click 'Edit' to add a date and assign team members.
