Setting a Reminder For a Job
Learn how to set up a reminder for a job you have scheduled.

You can set reminders for jobs you have scheduled in FieldPulse. To set up a reminder, open the job you want to be reminded about and click 'Actions'.

In the dropdown menu, select 'Set a Reminder':

In the next dropdown, select a default reminder from the list, or click 'Custom' at the bottom of the list to set up a customized reminder:

For a custom reminder, you can set the reminder message and the exact date and time, then click Submit.

That's it! You'll see a message pop up confirming you have set the reminder. Now you'll be reminded at the selected time. If you need any help please email us at or live chat with us using the blue button in the bottom right corner.
