To cancel your FieldPulse subscription:
Monthly Subscription:
You may cancel your monthly subscription by sending a cancellation email to cancellations@fieldpulse.com at least 5 days prior to the end of your monthly billing period.
You must include your contact name, billing email on file, and phone number.
Semi-Annual Subscription:
You may cancel your semi-annual subscription by sending a cancellation email to cancellations@fieldpulse.com at least 30 days prior to the end of your semi-annual billing period.
You must include your contact name, billing email on file, and phone number.
Annual Subscription:
You may cancel your annual subscription by sending a cancellation email to cancellations@fieldpulse.com at least 30 days prior to the end of your annual subscription billing period.
You must include your contact name, billing email on file, and phone number.
If you cancel your membership, you will enjoy your membership benefits until the expiration of the then-current billing period for which you have paid, and your membership benefits will expire at the end of the then-current billing period.
