This guide will provide an overview of the new FieldPulse 2.0 mobile app for Service Technicians.

As a Service Tech, there are different permission settings that your manager or admin have set up for you. If you don't have access to something in this video, please contact your manager to adjust your FieldPulse permission settings.

Once you get logged in, you can navigate to your FieldPulse dashboard by clicking 'Full Menu' then 'Pulse Dashboard' at the top of your screen.

There are several actions you can take from the dashboard.

  1. You can edit your profile in the top right corner.

  2. You can see your jobs for the day.

  3. You can clock in and clock out.

  4. You can navigate to the schedule, work, customers, sales and timesheet from the bottom bar.

From the Schedule tab in the bottom left hand corner, you will be shown the list of your jobs. We have four different viewing options.

List View

The list view will give you a list of your assigned jobs. You have the option to expand or contrast the amount of information displayed by selecting the icon in the top right corner. From the list view, you can change the job status, clock in, add a comment, and call/ email the customer.

If you click into the 'Work' tab, you'll be able to view jobs as well as subtasks.

If you click into 'Jobs' you can select from 'All, Open, Closed or By Tags.'

Under the 'Customers' tab, depending on your settings you will only have access to the customers you are assigned or you have a job for. You can create customers by clicking into the green 'create new' button.

Under the Sales tab, you'll be able to view or create estimates, invoices, variant proposals, dynamic proposals (add-on), and find your pricebook (add-on).

Under the 'Timesheets' tab, you'll be able to clock in and out for the day. You have the option to select 'Day' or 'Week' or you can click into the specific day you are trying to review.

Clicking 'Full Menu' you'll be able to navigate back to your Pulse Dashboard. If you need additional training or have questions about navigating the new mobile app, please don't hesitate to reach out! We have a team of customer success specialists on hand to help.
