Yes, FieldPulse tracks the 'Actual Duration' or 'Job Duration' based on status changes on the job record. 

The 'Actual Duration' of the job is calculated based on the amount of time the job is in the 'In Progress' status. The clock can be paused at anytime simply by moving it to another status such as 'Pending.'

The 'Actual Duration' will appear on the job record once the job is moved to 'Completed.' The Job Duration value will also appear on reports generated for jobs, allowing you to export to Excel and review.

Team members can also clock in and out for a job separately, which is done from 'Timesheets' so that both individual employee hours and overall job duration is recorded.
