Override Tax [QBO Users]

Take control of tax calculations with our new Override Tax feature! Customize tax rates on estimates and invoices without relying on QuickBooks Online (QBO) calculations or altering customer addresses. Perfect for businesses needing tax based on their location as the point of sale.

Network Issue Pop-Ups Are Live [Engage User's]!

Network issue pop-ups are now live! If we detect network challenges in your area, you'll see a pop-up with tips to resolve them. These aren’t Engage-related but are rather the specific connectivity, quality, and issues from your network we’re monitoring to help you maintain clear calls with your customers, prospects, and/or teammates. Each pop-up includes a link to a detailed article with step-by-step solutions. We’re here to help you stay connected!

Custom Form: PDF Filler

  • PDF Filler - Import PDF and image files to use as a background on custom forms. Useful for companies with existing forms or forms that must be in a specific format for regulatory purposes.

  • Freeform field layout - On PDF Filler and Custom Forms you can now place and re-size fields however and wherever you want.

  • Required/Visible Fields - You can now specify if a field is required for employees or for their customer. You can also choose if a field is editable by a customer or not.

  • Customer Selection - If a customer has multiple locations or contacts, you can specify which user's information to fill the form with.

Self-Serve Mailchimp Integration

You can now enable and link Mailchimp independently! Learn More: Mailchimp 101

Here’s how:

  1. Go to Company Settings > Features & Plug-ins. Scroll to the very bottom, see MailChimp, and click Enable.

  2. Enter your Mailchimp API key.

  3. Optionally, toggle on "Customer Sync" to activate it.
