Yes, commissions can be both tracked and automatically calculated on estimates and invoices. You can choose whether to calculate the commission using a percentage of gross sales or gross profit of the invoice.

After setting the default settings for commissions, new estimates/invoices will automatically calculate commissions based on the default settings to display on the 'Cost Basis' tab of the estimate/invoice. Commission rates and method can also be adjusted on a per-invoice basis if necessary on the 'Cost Basis' tab.
