If you lose internet connection while out in the field, you can continue using the FieldPulse mobile app in our Offline Mode. The FieldPulse app will automatically switch to Offline Mode when you’re out of cell range or in Airplane Mode. Once you reconnect to the internet, the data you entered in offline mode will sync with the rest of your FieldPulse information.

Customers

In Offline Mode, you can:
  • Cache the Customers related to your cached Job and Project records.
  • Access and edit 200 existing Custom Forms associated with your Customer records.
    • You can create unlimited new draft Custom Forms without restrictions.

Jobs

In Offline Mode, you can:
  • Cache Jobs for 1 week.
  • Upload up to 50 Job photos at a time.
  • Save Job notes.
  • Access and edit 200 existing Custom Forms associated with your Job records
    • You can create unlimited new draft Custom Forms without restrictions.
  • Change the Status of your Job Custom Status Workflow.

Projects

In Offline Mode, you can:
  • Cache Projects for 1 week.
  • Access and edit 200 existing Custom Forms associated with your Project records.
    • You can create unlimited new draft Custom Forms without restrictions.
