QuickBooks Reporting Enhancements

For accounts synced with QuickBooks, we have added the QuickBooks Class column across several raw data reports including:
Estimates
Invoices
Item Usage
Payments

Filter by Custom Fields
For Free Text Custom Fields, you can now filter records by Exact Matches or Contains. This functionality is available on the filters page for the following records:
Jobs
Estimates
Invoices
Material Lists
Purchase Orders
Maintenance Agreement Occurrence Creation
🚀 You Asked, We Listened:
You can easily associate a Job Template with each Maintenance Agreement occurrence, selecting from existing templates or creating new ones directly from the interface.
Upon selecting a template, you'll have the option to choose how to create jobs through the Job Creation Method dropdown:
Manual: Create all jobs manually from the Maintenance Agreement’s Jobs tab.
Automatic: Automatically generate jobs using the selected template, maintaining a rolling 12-month schedule. These jobs will be left unscheduled by default.
You can conveniently schedule your jobs from the Maintenance Agreement’s Jobs tab, filter for unscheduled jobs in the Job List, or use the hourglass scheduling tool in the Schedule tab.

Resolve QuickBooks Sync Errors In-App
This in-app troubleshooting tool for QuickBooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online helps you quickly identify and fix sync issues with records, such as customers, invoices, and payments.
By clicking the Failed Sync button next to any affected record, you can view a dedicated page listing all related sync errors.
