Yes, FieldPulse allows you to specify whether the customer profile is residential or commercial, changing how the customer profile is displayed throughout the app. Both profile types still allow you to designate a primary point of contact and a secondary point of contact.
To choose between setting up a customer as Residential or Commercial, go to the the Create Customer or Update Customer page, then under Account Type choose the Residential or Commercial button.
