Who uses this: Admins who want to connect FieldPulse to other apps without code. Availability: All regions; requires a Zapier account (Zapier’s free plan works to start).Zapier connects FieldPulse to thousands of other apps and automates the handoffs between them, without a developer or any code. You build a “Zap” — an automated workflow where an event in one app triggers an action in another — to move data between FieldPulse and the tools your office already runs. See FieldPulse integrations on Zapier for the current app list.
Overview
A Zap is an automated connection between two apps made of a trigger (the event that starts it) and an action (what happens in response). With the FieldPulse Zapier integration, either side can be FieldPulse — a FieldPulse event can trigger an action in another app, or an event in another app can create or update records in FieldPulse. The workflow breakdown Zapier closes is double entry: a lead comes in on your website, a job is booked, an appointment is set — and someone has to retype it into the next tool. A Zap does that copying for you, the moment the trigger fires. Embedded video tutorial - https://www.loom.com/share/f5fe123494d44a67b0b129f2e789bc08How it works
You build a Zap in your Zapier account by choosing a trigger app, a trigger event, an action app, and an action event, then mapping the fields between them. For a full worked example, see How to Use Zapier With FieldPulse. Common Zaps for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC businesses:
