As an admin or team manager, will I receive notifications when my team marks a Job or Service status as complete?
Get notified by email, in-app, or push when a tech marks a job or service complete, set under Notifications As Manager.
Yes! You can set this up by navigating to My Settings. Scroll down to find the Notifications As Manager heading. Here, you can choose how you want to be notified when your team marks the Job or Service status as Complete. You can select to receive notifications via email, in-app message, and/or push notification.
