Creating a Customer Record:
Chat AI will create a new customer record as needed within FieldPulse. Chat AI will collect the following information to create a new customer record:
Name
Phone number
Email address
Address
The newly created customer record will then have the following tags attached to it: Chat AI Generated. You can run reports and/or filter by this tag. This will allow you to easily distinguish who became a customer of yours thanks to the help of Chat AI!
Creating a Job Record:
Chat AI will also create a new job record in FieldPulse using the information collected during the customer chat as well as the customer record. The job record will contain the following information:
Service Title/Description: This will be the exact name of the service you offer and entered in your booking portal.
Job Subtitle: The subtitle will be Chat AI Generated.
Job Tag: This tag will always be included: Chat AI Generated.

What happens if the person chatting in is not a current customer of mine?
No worries! Chat AI will create a new customer record for you within FieldPulse. The record will the be tagged with the following tag in our system: Chat AI Generated. This will allow you to easily distinguish who became a customer of yours thanks to the help of Chat AI!
How will Chat AI book the job on my schedule?
Chat AI will schedule the job for the next available time slot on your team's calendar, based on your settings in the Booking Portal. Please note that your customers cannot request an exact time; the booking will be made for whatever is next available.
